Software License Agreement

By downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using a SoftVani software product, you agree to comply with this Software License Agreement and any product-specific terms presented at the time of purchase or use.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not install, activate, or use the software.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable purchase terms, SoftVani grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the applicable software.

• The license is for authorized use of the purchased or otherwise validly assigned software.
• The license may be limited by product, version, device count, activation count, subscription period, or entitlement period.
• The license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
• Additional product-specific conditions may apply where clearly stated on the product page or purchase record.

Some SoftVani software products require a customer account, software entitlement, license key, activation record, or other authorization before use.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SoftVani account.
• License keys and other access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
• You must provide accurate account information when reasonably required for licensing or support.
• You should notify SoftVani if you believe your account or license credentials have been compromised.

A software license may include a maximum number of permitted device activations. The applicable activation limit may be displayed on the product page, order record, license page, or customer dashboard.

• Each authorized installation may consume an available activation seat.
• Removing or deactivating an installation may release an activation seat where supported.
• Attempting to bypass activation limits or licensing controls is prohibited.
• SoftVani may use limited technical information necessary to verify authorized installations and prevent license abuse.

Unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise or SoftVani gives written permission, you must not:

• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer the software or license to unauthorized third parties.
• Share license keys or account credentials outside the authorized use permitted by the applicable license.
• Circumvent, disable, bypass, manipulate, or interfere with license activation or verification systems.
• Copy or redistribute software installers except where SoftVani expressly permits it.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, licensing, attribution, or proprietary notices.
• Use the software to violate applicable laws or the rights of another person or organization.
• Use unauthorized methods to access private SoftVani downloads, systems, APIs, or protected software resources.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Some purchases may include access to software updates or support for a stated period. Update and support availability may vary by product, license, membership, purchase date, or product lifecycle.

• Updates may include fixes, improvements, security changes, or new functionality.
• SoftVani may stop supporting obsolete or retired versions.
• Access to future major versions is not guaranteed unless included in the applicable purchase or membership terms.
• Support eligibility may expire separately from the software license.

SoftVani and its applicable licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in SoftVani software, including source code, object code, interfaces, designs, graphics, documentation, branding, updates, and related materials.

This Agreement grants only the limited rights expressly described here. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SoftVani software may include or interact with third-party libraries, open-source components, services, platforms, or technologies.

Third-party components may be subject to their own license terms, notices, privacy practices, or usage conditions. Where required, those terms will apply to the relevant third-party component.

Paid software access may depend on successful payment verification and creation of a valid product entitlement or license.

You must not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, licensing, or availability of SoftVani software or services.

• Do not share passwords, activation credentials, private keys, or authentication secrets.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to SoftVani systems or another customer's account.
• Do not intentionally introduce malicious software, harmful code, or unauthorized modifications.
• Install software only from official SoftVani delivery channels or other sources explicitly approved by SoftVani.

SoftVani may suspend or terminate software access or licensing where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, intellectual property, legal compliance, or the integrity of licensing services.

• Material violation of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized use.
• License sharing, resale, or circumvention of activation controls.
• Chargeback, payment reversal, or invalid payment where continued paid access is no longer authorized.
• Use of the software for unlawful activity.
• Security abuse or attempts to compromise SoftVani systems.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, limitation-of-liability, and dispute-related provisions where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftVani software and related services are provided subject to the warranties and protections expressly stated in applicable purchase terms and mandatory law.

SoftVani does not guarantee that every software product will operate without interruption, be error-free in every environment, or remain compatible with all third-party hardware, software, operating systems, or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of SoftVani software will be subject to the limitations stated in the SoftVani Terms and Conditions and any product-specific agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

This Software License Agreement operates together with the SoftVani Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy, and any product-specific terms that apply to your purchase.

Governing-law and dispute provisions are determined by the applicable SoftVani Terms and Conditions and mandatory laws that apply to the transaction.

SoftVani may update this Agreement when software functionality, licensing systems, security requirements, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, software, customer account, or email where appropriate.
