By using SoftVani, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use SoftVani services.

Additional terms may apply to particular software products, licenses, memberships, quotations, promotions, support plans, or custom projects. Where additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms will apply to that service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Where you use SoftVani for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Users who cannot legally enter into these Terms may use SoftVani only with valid authorization and supervision from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized organization.

• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, devices, and active sessions.
• You must not share an account in a way that bypasses product, license, membership, or activation limits.
• You must promptly notify SoftVani if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
• You may not create accounts using false identities, misleading information, automated systems, or another person's information without authorization.

SoftVani may require email verification, identity confirmation, or additional security checks before enabling account access or sensitive actions.

SoftVani may provide digital software products, customer portals, product licenses, secure downloads, software updates, annual memberships, invoices, support services, educational or marketing content, and custom software or website project services.

Features may differ according to the product, license, membership plan, account role, location, availability, support period, update period, quotation, or separate agreement.

Software products are licensed, not sold as unrestricted intellectual property. A purchase gives you only the rights described by the applicable license, product page, order record, and these Terms.

• Product descriptions, screenshots, videos, compatibility information, and feature lists are provided for general product understanding.
• You are responsible for reviewing system requirements and compatibility before purchase or installation.
• Product features may evolve through updates, security improvements, or platform changes.
• A product purchase does not transfer source code, trademarks, copyright, ownership, or resale rights unless explicitly stated in writing.

Software access may be controlled through product entitlements, license identifiers, activation limits, device registrations, subscription status, download authorization, or other technical controls.

• You must use licenses only within the permitted number of users, devices, installations, or activations.
• You must not disclose, publish, resell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or share license credentials unless expressly permitted.
• You must not bypass, disable, manipulate, reverse engineer, or interfere with licensing or activation controls except where applicable law expressly permits.
• SoftVani may deactivate unauthorized, fraudulent, duplicated, compromised, refunded, or abused license access.
• Device changes or legitimate reactivation requests may require verification and remain subject to applicable activation limits.

Downloads may require an active account, valid entitlement, valid token, eligible membership, active license, or other authorization.

Download links and tokens may expire, have usage limits, or be revoked for security, abuse prevention, refund processing, entitlement expiration, or account enforcement.

Access to updates and support may be limited to the duration stated on the product page, license, membership, order, or separate agreement.

Memberships may provide temporary access to eligible products, updates, selections, downloads, or other benefits for the applicable membership period.

• Membership benefits are subject to plan limits, product eligibility, selection limits, and availability.
• Membership access does not create permanent ownership unless a separate direct-purchase entitlement is granted.
• Access may end when the membership expires, is cancelled, is suspended, is refunded, or otherwise becomes inactive.
• Products available through membership may change when reasonably necessary for security, licensing, technical, or business reasons.
• Membership status alone is not evidence that payment has been successfully collected.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies and may vary according to product, membership plan, location, taxes, discounts, or applicable commercial terms.

• An order submission does not automatically mean that payment has been received or accepted.
• Stored order totals, payment statuses, membership statuses, quotation acceptance, or customer actions are not independent proof of payment.
• A transaction is treated as paid only after trusted server-side confirmation from the configured payment provider or another authorized payment method.
• SoftVani may correct obvious pricing, calculation, availability, currency, or technical errors before fulfilling an order.
• Taxes, duties, bank fees, conversion charges, and similar costs may apply according to your location and payment method.

Custom project services may include requirement analysis, quotations, milestones, conversations, development, demonstrations, delivery links, revision requests, and completion workflows.

• A project request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, price, scope, or delivery date.
• The applicable quotation, scope, milestones, assumptions, exclusions, timeline, and terms form part of the project agreement.
• Quotation acceptance does not itself prove that payment has been received.
• Milestone, delivery, approval, or completion status does not independently prove payment.
• Customers must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, required access, lawful content, and necessary approvals.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, timeline, milestone, or separate payment.
• Delivery may use secure third-party links rather than direct file uploads.
• Customers must not send passwords, private keys, payment-card information, database credentials, or unnecessary secrets through project messages.

Ownership, source-code delivery, deployment, maintenance, support, third-party costs, and intellectual-property transfer will depend on the accepted quotation or separate written agreement.

Support may be provided through tickets, account messages, documentation, email, or other approved channels. Response and resolution times are estimates unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.

Support may be limited or refused for expired coverage, unsupported versions, unauthorized modifications, third-party systems, misuse, unlawful requests, security risks, or matters outside the applicable product or project scope.

You must not use SoftVani to:

• Break applicable laws, regulations, contractual duties, or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, harmful code, spam, phishing content, or deceptive material.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, files, licenses, or administrative areas.
• Scrape, overload, disrupt, probe, scan, attack, or interfere with SoftVani infrastructure.
• Circumvent authentication, authorization, payment, licensing, download, membership, or activation controls.
• Upload or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or privacy-violating content.
• Impersonate another person, company, owner, or SoftVani representative.
• Resell, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit SoftVani products or content without authorization.
• Use automated systems to create accounts, place fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, or manipulate service records.

SoftVani and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software, branding, source code, designs, product media, documentation, articles, interfaces, databases, and other protected material, except where specific rights are expressly granted in writing.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant SoftVani a limited right to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested services.

SoftVani may use or link to third-party services including authentication, email delivery, hosting, storage, payment, analytics, video, cloud-drive, and infrastructure providers.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices. SoftVani is not responsible for third-party content, outages, policy changes, or services outside its reasonable control.

SoftVani may maintain, update, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical maintenance, product improvement, infrastructure changes, or business operations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned and emergency maintenance, internet conditions, provider outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftVani services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every product or service will meet every individual requirement, operate with every third-party system, or remain free from all defects or interruptions.

Documentation, blog articles, product descriptions, estimates, analytics, and informational content are provided for general information and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftVani will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.

Where liability cannot be excluded, SoftVani's aggregate liability relating to a particular product, membership, support service, or custom project will be limited to the amount actually paid to SoftVani for that affected service during the legally relevant period, unless applicable law requires a different result.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including certain cases involving fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other mandatory legal protections.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of SoftVani, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of licenses, or content and instructions you provide without proper authorization.

SoftVani may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, access, licenses, downloads, memberships, or services when reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms or an applicable license.
• Fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or unauthorized activity.
• Security threats or compromised credentials.
• Unlawful activity or valid legal requirements.
• Non-payment after trusted payment verification.
• License, activation, download, or membership misuse.
• Conduct that harms SoftVani, its users, providers, or systems.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, disputes, confidentiality, and other provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

SoftVani may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through account notices, the website, or email.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the SoftVani operating entity, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, users should contact SoftVani and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the dispute.
